4. File Storage and Deletion

Uploaded and converted files are stored temporarily on secure servers and are automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours. convertYgo does not guarantee file availability beyond this period.

5. Service Availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. convertYgo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

convertYgo shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, or service interruptions.

7. Third-Party Services and Advertising

convertYgo may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense ads. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites or services linked or advertised on the platform.
